Rob Luckett Builders specializes in new homes, remodels, and additions in the Front Range and Boulder County. We enjoy unique architecture and are skilled and familiar with fine finishes and high end products. We pay great attention to detail.

Rob grew up in a traditional adobe hacienda in El Paso,Texas. He moved to Boulder in 1975 as a teenager and began framing homes right away. Within short order he was running crews, then for the next 13 years Rob owned and operated his own framing company. Rob framed many homes and buildings you would recognize though-out Boulder. This experience not only gave Rob practical expertise, but he also became proficient in building production homes with strict budgets and time-lines.

In 1988 Rob became a General Contractor and built his first spec house on Kincaid Place. He has been building custom homes ever since and is considered one of Boulder’s finest builders. You can find a Rob Luckett Builders’ home on some of the most gorgeous sites throughout the area. Rob is a Class B General Contractor. This designation allows him to build residential homes and commercial buildings up to three stories high. His resume is available upon request.

Currently Rob and his staff operate out of Boulder, Colorado. While Rob specializes in building high-end custom homes, we also enjoy remodels, additions, tenant finish projects and commercial construction. Many of our Clients contact us before they have contacted an Architect, which is a great idea. Rob can help you through the process from beginning to end.

The majority of Rob’s business is from past Client and Architect referrals. He has been referred by Architects who haven’t worked with him before, and he has an outstanding reputation among his peers, which includes sub-contractors and vendors.
