Modern Farmhouse
Perched on a bluff overlooking Boulder Valley, this is the third home we’ve built for these Clients.
Tastefully designed with Steve Dodd, this home features heavy timber oak slab stair treads that are cantilevered from a central moonbeam stair. This opens up the space by removing the typical stair wall. The kitchen/great room has vaulted wood paneled ceilings with exposed wood trusses. The service lines that ran south of the home were buried, which resulted in fabulous unobstructed views of the City of Boulder, the Flatirons, and beyond!
