This Landmark designated home was meticulously renovated and added to… and under! Space is a premium in Boulder, so to give the homeowners more living space we supported the existing structure while excavating and building a basement. The homeowner sourced out authentic antique hardware and lighting fixtures, and Eric Smith and Associates incorporated the classic turn of the century design into the new addition. The result is a seamless combination of timeless beauty and functional living space.
